My journey into yoga began as a personal practice β€” a way to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with myself.  What started on the mat soon became a powerful tool for healing, self-awareness, and inner strength. 
Having completed my 300-hour RYT and 40-hour Prenatal Yoga trainings, I am committed to deepening my practice and creating grounded, compassionate spaces that support women’s wellness and individual healing
